13. Key qualifications: The Unit process control and I&C systems for major projects in a field of Energy sector especially Thermal Power Plant’s /TPP/, Nuclear Power Plant’s /NPP/ and District Heating Plant’s /DHP/ as follows:
(1) Power complex - Rehabilitation project in Bulgaria; collaborator to Bechtel - USA in the electrical and I&C part of the study;
(2) Design of conventional I&C for TPPs, DHPs and NPPs in Bulgaria.
(3) Ovners engineer for design and on-site supervision of erection, commissioning and start up of conventional I&C for Tobruk TPP and Derna TPP- Libya in collaboration with Brown Bovery Corp. (Germany);
(4) Design and commissioning of advanced computer control systems for: Vratsa TPP, Sofia TPP, Varna TPP, Pleven TPP and Zemliane DHP;
(5) Design of I&C systems in Kozloduy NPP and Belene NPP;
(6) Design of I&C systems of FGD installations for coal fired boilers
(7) Coordination of all I&C analysis and design works in frame of WANO program for restarting of the stopped by IAEA units 1 and 2 in Kozloduy NPP.
(8) Analysis of unit control systems on units 5 and 6 in Kozloduy NPP in collaborations with EdF.
(9) Consultancy services for Temelin NPP in the Check Republic and Kozloduy NPP at Westinghouse office in Pittsburgh (USA) in the field of unit control and I&C systems and equipment.
(10) Modernization programm for rehabilitation of control systems on units 5 and 6 in Kozloduy NPP - subcontractor of Siemens-Germany, Atomenergoexport-Russia and Westinghouse-USA .
(11) Project management for detail design of Biovet AD-Cogeneration plant-18 MWe and TPP Pleven Cogeneration plant-32 MWe
(12) Energy projects management.
(13) Consultancy services over whole energy sector / management, engineering services, energy strategy, energy policy, inovations /
